Combed Cotton - Cotton
fabric that is strengthened by removing the short fibers.
Fabric

Mercerized
- A
high-tech process that gives fabric a softer feel and silky appearance.
It also increases the strength and absorbency of the material.
Microfiber
A high tech fabric that keeps you cooler in warm weather by moving
perspiration away from the skin.
It also has a soft, silky feel.
It is easy-care, dries quickly after washing, and resists
wrinkles and stains.
Pique
Fabric that is textured with small honeycombed blocks.
Placket
The opening or slit of a garment (usually at the neck, with
buttons).
Water
Repellent
Treated fabrics that will resist water (unless exposed
to constant or heavy rain), yet will breathe for comfort.
Windshirts
lightweight pullover jackets that are commonly treated to be water
repellent.
